Should You Blame the Messenger or the Message?
Receiving criticism can be unsettling, especially if it touches a sensitive spot. It’s tempting to get defensive or even angry at the person who expresses it. But is that the right reaction?

On the other hand, accepting criticism with humility and an open mind shows that you are mature and that you care about your personal development. It will also allow you to improve your relationships with others, as they will appreciate your willingness to take their feedback into account.
