The brain is a vital organism for the functioning of the human body and also for its development. It makes instantaneous adjustments according to the information received: drop in temperature, back pain, tears of joy…

I believe that this text is read from a smartphone or a computer. Like the brain, these devices are updated frequently to compensate for defects and also to add functions. This means that we are using devices that are constantly evolving.

How about a transposition between the brain and applications. Will you use your brain as much as Facebook, Twitter or Google? What comment will you leave on Google Play or App Store if you download your application? I’m asking you to pause and think about it. It can be both funny and disappointing.

High unused potential

The human being is an animal with enormous potential that he is slow to use because of his laziness and bad habits acquired over the years. The laziness to learn a little more, the shame to ask a question, the fear of rejection, etc., are the main reasons for this. All these insecurities and excuses. Personal development coaches will talk to you here about getting out of your comfort zone.

Our environment has led us to think that everything must be prepared in advance and not doing so is a lack of discipline or methodology. This may be true in some cases, but what good is this powerful machine called the brain if we are not able to adapt and evolve according to the situation we are facing. And here I am only talking about the brain. The mind can be the subject of another article.

I have had this discussion with my collaborator Orion, co-founder of Niochi, on several occasions on this subject. Our discussions are not about what we want to achieve, but about how to achieve it. A decision can be revoked 30 minutes after it has been made if a better idea surfaces. This is what I call dynamic thinking. This is what I call dynamic thinking. And in the case of Niochi, which is a start-up with a relatively small team. Changes are fast and implementations are even faster. One of our superpowers.

So what is dynamic thinking?

Dynamic thinking is the ability of an individual to make decisions “on the fly” without being prepared. This ability makes all the difference in the creation of a startup or an employer’s decision to hire you. And this ability finds its foundation in the perpetual questioning and quest for greatness.
This is what I call dynamic thinking.

In the case of Niochi, which is a start-up with a relatively small team. Changes are rapid and implementations are even faster. One of our superpowers.
Do we have to memorize everything or adapt to situations

Some people think that everything is set in stone and that everything works in a certain order at the beginning of the day or week. This type of person loses their bearings at the slightest change and is often a victim of circumstances.

It reminds me of school and some of my classmates who used to memorize lessons at an extreme level. So much so that when they missed a word, they were screwed. lol. And some CEOs still do that when it comes to presenting their projects.

I like to think of the military to illustrate my point. They go through serious training to prepare them for all the eventualities of war. And they’re also prepared to make decisions on the spot, because as Mike Tyson said, “Everybody has a plan until it hits. Then, like a rat, they stop in fear and freeze.”

Just like they say any movement, any change. I say any situation, any reflection. So let’s be sharp and always be ready.
